The place was reasonably priced. The staff were efficient and the facilities provided were good. Early check-in was a bonus. Everything great.

Continental breakfast was adequate, staff was superfriendly.

Super staff, savoury breakfast, good wi-fi. Room was gorgeous and warm in general. The hotel had a good bar and a great restaurant. Heated pool area too🙂👍

Everything was good, helpful service and supportive staff. Fine beds, central heating, a work desk and a radio where a nice touch. Excellent facilities and the pool was good. I enjoyed my stay, it was best.

Clean, good value hotel, the location was perfect really close to Polk Street and Pier 39. We were given non-smoking, warm room with sofa. Even though the whole experience was great, the bed in our room was a little firm👍
